Memorial Dove Release
White doves have, for centuries, symbolised peace and love. A dove release may take place at any funeral service or the burial of ashes. The number of doves released may be significant to you. A single white dove symbolises the soul and spirit of the deceased, a pair of doves the rejoining of two departed souls or each family member may release a dove. The doves may be placed at the front of the Church or crematorium chapel during the service. Family members may release the doves themselves or assistance can be provided.
