The Austin family joined David Fitzpatrick, (left) Chief Executive, Hertfordshire Community Foundation to present cheques totalling £5000 to three Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) groups in the County. North Herts RDA received £1000 and Stevenage Group RDA received £2000 towards the cost of a new pony. Digswell Place RDA near Welwyn Garden City also received a cheque for £2000.

The Austin’s Charitable Fund is managed by Hertfordshire Community Foundation. The Fund issues grants annually and is made up of donations from Austin’s and donations from local bereaved people. Austin’s has offices in Stevenage, Hitchin, Knebworth, Welwyn, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford and Buntingford. The Austin Family has served the community as Funeral Directors for over three centuries.
